GUIDELINES:


  • $400 per team *due at time of registration* Check made payable to Plumstead Township.

  • Teams must have at least 11 players (13 is best).
  • Each team must have at least four men and four women on the field at all times.
  • NEW RULE: Every participant must be 18 years of age or older by the first game. 
  • Team Captains will fill out the registration form, collect waivers, and submit ALL forms at once. Registration will not be accepted without all signed waivers.
  • ALL participants must fill out a waiver before the season begins.
  • All participants must be assigned to a single team.
  • Playoffs possible - discussed at Captain's meeting
